Jr. Jazz Clinic

Monday night the Jr. Jazz had their clinic with one of the Jazz players. This was from that basketball league that Tyler was on a few months ago. It was really neat. They had a free-throw contest and whoever made their free-throw, got to move on to the next round. About 10 of the 50 kids made their first shot, including Tyler. Only 2 of the 10 made their 2nd shot. Tyler was one of those kids. Then the 2 kids shot the best out of 3, and whoever made the most got to shoot against the pro. Tyler made 2 out of 3 and the other kid didn't make any. I think Tyler got a little nervous shooting against the pro, he ended up loosing but it was still pretty awesome! These first 2 pictures were from the newspaper. The first one was from the front page telling what was in the sports section. (The 8 year old who nearly beat him was Tyler)


The second picture was the front page of the sports section. Tyler and the other kid got to shake his hand. The pro is 7 feet tall.
Tyler got his jersey signed and now it is hanging on his wall in his bedroom! Too bad it wasn't a well known player from the Jazz. Tyler was still excited he got to meet an "NBA pro"!

My pictures turned out horrible. They had a huge orange screen dividing the gym so most of my pictures are bright orange. Plus gym lighting is never any good. Maybe I need a better camera. So annoying!!
